Service Description

Use this form if you are a non-member to register to attend a Vale Royal SAC Try Dive at the Winsford Lifestyle Centre. If you do not book in advance then you will be unable to participate. YOU MUST have registered for a Try Dive with the membership secretary before completing this form. Please arrive by 8pm and bring swimwear and an old t shirt.
